Merchandise may be returned within 30 days with receipt for merchandise exchange only (no refunds, only exchanges). All merchandise must be in new condition. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise that appear to be worn, washed or used. Items without tags or receipts may be denied exchange. An even exchange for merchandise must be made on the day of return, as no store credits will be issued. If you purchase an item and discover that it is damaged or defective, please contact our staff within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note DSSAA requires a notification within 30 days of the purchase date of any online order discrepancies.
Due to our small size, we are unable to pay for return shipping. All shipping will be at the customer's expense. DSSAA is not responsible for merchandise delayed or lost once it has shipped and in the possession of the US postal system. If you would like assistance with measurements, please let us know. We are happy to help ensure that you order the correct size and color.
DSSAA reserves the right to limit or deny the sale of items to non-members when deemed necessary. DSSAA logo merchandise is provided for personal and professional use only, and is not intended for resale. Some select items are for sale to confirmed law-enforcement officers only, and verification of current employment may be required before completion of such orders. You cannot use the 20% discount on memberships.
Due to difficulties with international shipping, DSSAA can only mail orders overseas to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. While we are happy to ship any of our merchandise overseas, we cannot guarantee or insure the intact delivery of any fragile merchandise ordered. We do our best to pack each item carefully, but are unfortunately unable to monetarily insure or replace any items damaged during delivery.
We offer special ordering as a service to our current members. If you would like to order an item with special engraving or embroidery, please contact us. Please note that special orders will require extra time for customization, shipping and delivery, but we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to process federal purchase orders. We will need a complete credit card to process payments for end of year orders.
